Care instructions for your Senecio
Care instructions for your Senecio
Succulents store water in their leaves and therefore tolerate drought well. Place them in a bright, sunny spot and only water them when the soil is completely dry. Avoid waterlogging at all costs!
It's better to water a little too little than too much.

I am Senecio peregrinus Ampel
The botanical name of this succulent is Senecio peregrinus. Because the plant's leaves strongly resemble dolphins, it is known as 'String of Dolphins'. Senecio peregrinus is green with stems and a trailing growth habit.
You will receive a plant in a 12cm pot, with a total height of pot and plant of approximately 10-30 cm (hanging). Senecio peregrinus is relatively easy to care for. A mixture of cactus and succulent soil is suitable as a substrate. Senecio peregrinus does not tolerate waterlogging, so ensure good drainage and allow the substrate to dry out before watering again. Generally, this succulent tolerates too little water rather than too much. Fertilize once a month, or every four weeks. This succulent needs a sunny and bright location. The brighter the location, the more pronounced and vibrant the colors. The optimal temperature is between 20°C and 30°C. Senecio peregrinus can spend the summer outdoors after gradually acclimating it to direct sunlight. In winter, the temperature should be around 10°C. Fertilizing is stopped, and watering is reduced. However, this succulent is not suitable for the garden.
Please note: Sizes and shapes may vary for plants, as each item is unique. This is especially true in winter or when availability is low. The color also varies depending on the season.
