All products are carefully checked for quality before shipping. View your customer account to track the status of your orders at any time.

Once your order has been shipped, no further changes regarding the delivery address, the volume or content of your order can be made. In case you forgot something during your ordering process, and you order twice in a row, please use the comment option of your second order to send us a note. We will than summarize both orders and refund the shipping costs of the second order.

Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code via email to track your package online (if offered by the shipping service provider). Please note that this does not apply to letter post.

In certain cases, we check the tracking information to make sure everything is working smoothly.

Shipping costs

Our shipping costs for each order are 4,90€. Orders from 50,00€ value are free of shipping costs throughout Germany.

We reserve the right to choose our shipping service provider freely.

This allows us to handle your delivery in the best way possible and to react flexibly to unforeseen events, such as strikes.

Note: A return to us conducted by delivering transport company, which was initiated due to non-acceptance of an order, does not lead to an effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
If the package is returned to us due to a non-pickup from the postal office, we reserve the right to charge you shipping costs of 7,90€ and a handling fee of 12,00€.

Cash on delivery

Besides our common payment methods, you can also pay your order directly to the parcel service.
For cash on delivery an additional fee of 2,00€ has to be paid to the postal delivery service.

Express delivery

With express delivery you are guaranteed to receive your succulents the day after you have placed your order which means your plants only spend a short time in the package.
Please note that there are no express shipments deliveries on Saturdays. Express shipments are therefore only sent Monday to Thursday!

In specific cases it may happen that you need an additional delivery as quickly as possible or a spontaneous gift. To make sure that your event or wedding remains as perfect as planned, we are also happy to send your guest gifts by express.

Express costs within Germany come to 14,90€.

Europe-wide shipping (EU)

To make sure you can enjoy our succulents even as a customer based in another EU country, you can also place your order in our web shop. Simply add the preferred country during the checkout process.

The shipping costs come to 9.90€ each order.

Regions which we do not deliver to: Helgoland, Büsingen on the High Rhine

Do you live in a neighboring country that is not part of the EU? No problem! We also ship to European non-EU countries. Simply indicate the desired destination country during the purchase transaction.

Carrier delivery

In the event of a large scope of delivery (e.g. deliveries to dealers/partners or for event decorations) we also sent our products by carrier on a case-by-case basis. The products are then delivered on pallets so to ensure that everything arrives in the desired condition and the delivery remains complete. 

Packaging

To ensure that your plants arrive in perfect condition, we have developed a special packaging system.

Each plant is individually packed and embedded in environmentally friendly paper filler.

Despite the necessary extensive packaging, we value environmentally friendly material and recyclable fillers highly. We intentionally avoid plastic and choose service providers who offer Co2-neutral shipping.
We are happy to pay a few cents extra for each delivery 🌱

Dates of shipment and package acceptance

In order to ensure that your plants are shipped as quickly and gently as possible, we mainly ship at the beginning of the week. This way we want to make sure that your succulents arrive prior to the weekend (Sunday) and, if possible, that they are not left with the parcel service over the weekend.
Due to the increased order volume, we unfortunately cannot guarantee this.
Should there be any delays in delivery - don't worry. Although succulents are sun-loving plants, they also survive longer delivery times. Otherwise, shipping to other European countries would not be possible.
After shipping, your succulents will need some time to acclimatize.

Advice from us: Have your parcel sent directly to your neighbors, to your place of work or to a preferred parcel station where you can pick it up in any case. During the ordering process, please indicate the desired delivery address.

Note: Deliveries that do not contain plants are of course excluded from this rule.

Damaged items

We carefully check each item prior to shipment and prepare our products for robust handling in the parcel center. However, improper handling by the shipping service provider can still cause damage.

If your products show damages, please send us a short description and document the damage with a few pictures.

Note: In individual cases you may find some substrate or soil on top of the plants due to the way the parcels are stored. This is neither damage nor depreciation of the plant. Dirt can be removed from the succulents easily and gently with a soft brush.
