All products are carefully checked for quality before shipping. You can view the status of your orders at any time via your customer account .
Once your order has been shipped, no changes to the delivery address, size, or contents are possible. If you forgot something when ordering and placed two orders in quick succession, please let us know in the comments of your second order so we can combine both orders. We will then refund the shipping costs once.
Germany-wide shipping costs
Our shipping costs are €6.50 per order. Orders with a value of €59.00 or more are free of shipping costs throughout Germany.
We ship with, among others:

We reserve the right to freely choose our shipping service provider.
This allows us to handle your delivery in the best possible way and also react flexibly to unforeseen circumstances, such as strikes.
Please note: A return to us initiated by the delivering carrier due to non-acceptance does not constitute a valid exercise of your right of withdrawal. If the package is returned to us due to non-collection from the store, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee of €7.90 and a processing fee of €12.00.
Europe-wide shipping (EU & non-EU)
To ensure that you, as a customer based outside of the EU, can also enjoy our succulents, you can conveniently order from our online shop. Simply specify your desired destination country during the checkout process.
Our shipping costs for international shipping are tiered according to weight and divided into shipping zones according to delivery countries.
You can calculate shipping costs during the order process before purchasing.

Downloads
If you have ordered download products, you can download them at any time from your customer account . You can find them under "My Downloads."
Processing time: Downloads are available immediately after ordering.
After your order, you will also receive a separate email with all information and instructions about our download products.
Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code via email so you can track your package online (if offered by the shipping service provider).
Letter mail is excluded from this.
In individual cases, we use tracking information to check whether everything is working smoothly.

Self-collectors
You can also pick up your order contactless from our greenhouse.

Please make an appointment before picking up so that we can prepare your order on time.
If you accidentally selected "Pickup" during the ordering process, please let us know.
We will then add the shipping costs so that your order can be shipped as quickly as possible.
Reorder
Have you just ordered and forgot something? With the "reorder" shipping method, you can add additional items to an open order with free shipping.
However, this is only possible in conjunction with a Orders that have not yet been packaged or shipped are possible.
- Shipping must be to the same address
- All orders must be paid in full
- Billing and delivery addresses must be identical
- Only possible within Germany
Important note: If there is no order available with which we can combine your reorder, your order will not be shipped. You will then receive a separate invoice with the outstanding shipping costs.
Orders that have already been packed cannot be combined afterwards!
Cash on delivery
In addition to our standard payment methods, you can also pay for your order directly to the parcel service.
For cash on delivery, an additional fee of €2.00 must be paid to the postal carrier.
Note: A return to us initiated by the shipping company due to non-acceptance does not constitute a valid exercise of your right of withdrawal. Non-acceptance will incur a shipping fee of €7.90 plus a processing fee of €12.00.
Express shipping
This way, you're guaranteed to receive your succulents one day after your order, and your plants will only spend a short time in the package. Please note that express deliveries are not available on Saturdays.
Therefore, express shipments are only sent Monday to Thursday!
In individual cases, it can also happen that you need a follow-up delivery as quickly as possible, or a spontaneous gift.
To ensure your event or wedding remains as perfect as planned, we are happy to send your guest gifts by express delivery.
Express costs within Germany are 14.90€ .
If you would like to place a larger order by express delivery, please contact us in advance.
Freight forwarding
For large shipments (deliveries to dealers/partners or event equipment), we also ship our goods via freight forwarding in individual cases. The goods are then delivered on pallets to ensure that everything arrives in the desired condition and the shipment remains complete.
Premium shipping (same-day shipping)
Premium shipping orders placed before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same business day. Otherwise, your order will be prioritized and shipped the next business day.
Premium shipping orders placed on the weekend or after 2 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Important note: If you reorder something or have placed multiple orders that we can combine, you only need to pay premium shipping once!
Packaging
To ensure that your plants arrive in perfect condition, we pack them using a specially developed system.
Each plant is individually packaged and embedded in environmentally friendly, biodegradable packaging chips. These are made from plant starch, are vegan, and even edible. The filling material also serves as protection against heat and cold.
Despite the extensive packaging required, we place great importance on environmentally friendly materials and recyclable fillers. We consciously avoid plastic and choose service providers that offer CO2-neutral shipping.
We are happy to pay a few cents extra per delivery for this.
