All products are carefully checked for quality before being sent to you. You can check the status of your orders at any time via your customer account.
Once your order has been shipped, no further changes to the delivery address, scope, or content are possible. If you forgot something when ordering and place two orders close together, please mention this in the comments of your second order so that we can combine both. We will then also refund one shipping cost fee.
Nationwide Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs per order are €7.50. Orders from €69.00 order value are free of shipping costs nationwide.
We ship with, among others:

We reserve the right to freely choose our shipping provider.
This allows us to process your delivery in the best possible way and react flexibly to unforeseen events, such as strikes.
Note: Returns initiated by non-acceptance to us by the delivering transport company do not constitute an effective exercise of your right of withdrawal. If the package is returned to us due to non-collection from the branch, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs of €7.90 and a processing fee of €12.00.
Europe-wide Shipping (EU & non-EU)
So that you, as a customer based in a non-EU country, can also enjoy our succulents, you can conveniently order from our webshop. Simply specify the desired destination country during checkout.
Our shipping costs for international shipping are staggered by weight and divided into shipping zones by delivery country.
You can calculate the shipping costs during the ordering process before purchase.
Shipping costs start at €9.90.

Downloads
If you have ordered download products, you can download them at any time from your customer account. You will find them under "My Downloads".
Processing time: Downloads are available immediately after ordering.
After your order, you will also receive a separate email with all information and instructions regarding our download products.
Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code by email so that you can track your package online (if offered by the shipping provider).
Letter mail is excluded from this.
In individual cases, we check the tracking information to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Self-Pickup
You are welcome to pick up your order contactlessly at our greenhouse.

Please make an appointment before pickup so that we can prepare your order on time.
If you accidentally selected "Self-Pickup" during the ordering process, please let us know.
We will then add the shipping costs so that your order can be shipped as quickly as possible.
Reorder
Did you just place an order and forget something? With the shipping method "Reorder", you can add more items to an open order free of shipping costs.
However, this is only possible in conjunction with an order that has not yet been packed or shipped.
- Shipping must be to the same address
- All orders must be paid in full
- Billing and delivery address must be identical
- Only possible within Germany
Important note: If there is no order with which we can combine your reorder, your order will not be shipped. You will then receive a separate invoice with the outstanding shipping costs.
Orders already packed cannot be combined afterward!
Cash on Delivery
In addition to our usual payment methods, you can also pay for your order directly with the parcel service.
For cash on delivery, an additional fee of €2.00 is to be paid to the postal deliverer.

Express Shipping
This way, you are guaranteed to receive your succulents one day after your order, and your plants spend only a short time in the package. Please note that no express deliveries take place on Saturdays.
Therefore, express shipments only take place from Monday to Thursday!
In individual cases, it can also happen that a quick subsequent delivery or a spontaneous gift is needed.
To ensure your event or wedding remains as perfect as planned, we are happy to send your party favors by express.
Express costs within Germany amount to €14.90.
If you require a larger order by express, please contact us beforehand.
Freight Forwarding
For large delivery volumes (deliveries to dealers/partners or for event equipment), we may ship our goods by freight forwarder. The goods are then delivered on pallets to ensure that everything arrives in the desired condition and the delivery remains complete.
Premium Shipping (Same-Day-Shipping)
For premium shipping orders received before 2 PM, shipping occurs on the same business day. Otherwise, your order will be treated with priority, so it will be shipped on the next business day.
For premium shipping orders received on weekends or on Friday after 2 PM, shipping will take place on Monday.
Important note: If you reorder or place multiple orders that can be combined by us, you only need to pay for premium shipping once!
Packaging
To ensure that your plants arrive in pristine condition, we pack them using a specially developed system.
Each plant is individually packed and embedded in environmentally friendly, biodegradable packaging chips. These are made from plant starch, are vegan, and even edible. Furthermore, the filler serves as protection against heat and cold.
Despite the necessary, extensive packaging, we place great importance on environmentally friendly materials and recyclable fillers. We consciously avoid plastic and choose service providers who offer CO2-neutral shipping.
For this, we are happy to pay a few extra cents per delivery.
