Important Note on Returning Plants and Living Goods:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. However, please note that we deal with high-quality, living products that are not designed for multiple, long shipping journeys or extended storage in boxes.

Succulents, while easy to care for, are delicate plants that require specific conditions to thrive. To ensure they receive the care they need, we aim to avoid any unnecessary stress.

While it's common practice in customer service today to send products for "viewing" or "trying on," we do not support this trend. This is not due to a lack of willingness on our part, but rather out of respect for our products and the environment.

Is something not right?

No problem! We will take care of it immediately. Simply send us a short message with your concern to retouren@pasiora.com. Please always document the condition of your received items and plants. You can send us photos via email or messenger. Our phone number can be found in our care instructions. This is the only way we can process your request and provide you with a replacement if necessary.

Unfortunately, we cannot process a claim for goods that have already been disposed of!

Transport Damage or Suspected Pests?

Transport damage is very disappointing for us too. That's why we are continuously improving our packaging. Your feedback helps us make the transport of our plants even safer. If a plant is damaged during transport, we will forward this to the shipping service and handle the damage report.

Pests or discolorations should not occur! We are continuously involved in preventive plant protection and targeted measures to ensure that pests remain a rare exception at Pasiora. Your feedback and documentation can help us identify such challenges in a timely manner.

Note: Plants with discolorations or corking on the leaves are not necessarily unhealthy. Even isolated pest infestations are manageable if you isolate the affected plants promptly and take appropriate countermeasures.
