General note on the return of plants and living contents:
The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. Nevertheless, we would like to point out in advance that we deal with high-quality, living goods that are not intended for multiple, long shipping routes or storage in cartons.
Despite being easy to care for, succulents are demanding plants whose requirements we want to meet in every aspect. We therefore want to avoid any unnecessary stress.
Even if it is part of good manners these days to send customers goods to "look at" or "try on", we do not want to support this trend. This is not due to a lack of willingness on our part, but rather to the demands made on our goods and our environment 🌱
We do not want to affect your right of withdrawal in any way, but before purchasing, we want to point out that we have a strong position on this type of "customer service" and, if necessary, take action should we notice individual customers ordering "on trial".

How do I return items?
Despite careful inspection and proper packaging, in individual cases it may happen that there is something to complain about. If you are not satisfied with the article, the goods are damaged or do not meet your requirements in any other way, it is possible to exchange them within a period specified by us.
Return conditions for custom-made products
Arrange individually products for you, create personal solutions for your living space or create unique products especially for your event is a significant part of our company philosophy.
These custom-made articles, including parts of them, are generally excluded form exchange. In order to avoid subsequent complaints, we will discuss your wishes in detail before production.
