All products are carefully checked for quality before being shipped to you. Through your customer account, you can view the status of your orders at any time.
Once your order has been shipped, no changes regarding the delivery address, scope, or content are possible. If you have forgotten something in your order and place another order shortly after, please write in the comments of your second order so we can combine them. We will then refund one shipping cost.
Nationwide Shipping Costs in Germany
Our shipping cost per order is €6.50. Orders over €59.00 are free of shipping costs within Germany.

We reserve the right to freely choose our shipping service provider.
This allows us to handle your delivery optimally and also react flexibly to unforeseen events, such as strikes.
Note: Returning the package due to non-acceptance by the delivery company does not constitute a valid exercise of your right to cancel. If the package is returned to us due to non-collection from the branch, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs of €7.90 and a processing fee of €12.00.
Europe-wide Shipping (EU & Non-EU)
So that you, as a customer residing in the EU abroad, can be happy with our succulents, you can easily order in our webshop. Just specify the desired destination country during the checkout process.
Our international shipping costs vary by weight and are categorized into shipping zones based on the delivery country.
You can calculate the shipping costs during the ordering process before purchase.
Shipping costs start at €9.90.

Regions we do not deliver to: Heligoland, Büsingen am Hochrhein

Living in a non-EU neighboring country? No problem! We also ship to non-EU European countries. Just specify the desired destination country during the checkout process.

Downloads
If you have ordered downloadable products, you can download them at any time in your customer account. You will find them under "My Downloads".
Processing time: Downloads are available immediately after ordering.
After your order, you will also receive a separate email with all information and instructions regarding our downloadable products.
Tracking
After the dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code by email, allowing you to track your package online (if offered by the shipping service).
Excluded from this are letter shipments.
In some cases, we check the tracking information to ensure everything is functioning smoothly.

Self-Pickup
You are welcome to pick up your order contactlessly at our greenhouse.

Please make an appointment before picking up so that we can prepare your order in time.
If you accidentally chose "Self-Pickup" during the ordering process, please let us know.
We will add the shipping costs so that your order can be dispatched as quickly as possible.
Reorder
Just placed an order and forgot something? With the "Reorder" shipping method, you can add additional items to an open order without additional shipping costs.
This is only possible in connection with an order that has not yet been packed or shipped.
- Shipping must be to the same address
- All orders must be fully paid
- Billing and delivery address must be identical
- Only possible within Germany
Important Note: If there is no order with which we can combine your reorder, your order will not be shipped. You will then receive a separate invoice for the outstanding shipping costs.
Already packed orders cannot be combined afterwards!
Cash on Delivery
In addition to our standard payment methods, you can also pay for your order directly with the parcel service.
There is an additional fee of €2.00 for delivery by cash on delivery.

Express Shipping
Get your succulents guaranteed one day after your order, ensuring the plants spend only a short time in the package. Please note that express deliveries are not made on Saturdays.
Therefore, express shipments are only sent from Monday to Thursday!
In some cases, you might need a quick resupply or a spontaneous gift.
For your event or wedding to remain as perfect as planned, we also ship your guest gifts via express.
Express costs within Germany amount to €14.90.
If you wish to place a larger order for express delivery, please contact us in advance.
Freight Shipping
For large deliveries (shipments to dealers/partners or for event equipment), we also ship our goods by freight in some cases. The goods are then delivered on pallets to ensure that everything arrives in the desired condition and the delivery remains complete.
Premium Shipping (Same-Day-Shipping)
For premium shipping orders received before 2 pm, shipping occurs on the same business day. Otherwise, your order is given priority treatment so that it is shipped on the next business day.
For premium shipping orders placed on weekends or after 2 pm on Friday, shipping occurs on Monday.
Important Note: If you reorder or have several orders that we can combine, you only need to pay for premium shipping once!
Packaging
To ensure your plants arrive in immaculate condition, we package them using a specially developed system.
Each plant is individually packaged and embedded in environmentally friendly, biodegradable packing chips made from plant starch. These are vegan and even edible. Additionally, the filler serves as protection against heat and cold.
Despite the necessary extensive packaging, we place high value on eco-friendly materials and recyclable fillers. We consciously avoid plastic and choose service providers that offer carbon-neutral shipping.
For this, we are happy to pay a few extra cents per delivery.
