The botanical name of this succulent is Crassula pyramidalis. This succulent belongs to the plant genus Crassula, which is assigned to the family Crassulaceae.
Crassula pyramidalis is green with a very compact growth habit. The flowers are white and arranged in panicles. They appear during the flowering period in April. You will receive a plant in a 5.5cm pot, with a total height of about 10cm including the pot and plant. The attainable growth height is 10cm to 15cm.
Caring for Crassula pyramidalis is relatively easy. A mixture of cactus and succulent soil is suitable as a substrate. Crassula pyramidalis does not tolerate waterlogging, so ensure good drainage and allow the substrate to dry out before watering again. Generally, this succulent tolerates too little water rather than too much. Fertilize once a month, i.e., every four weeks.
This succulent's light requirements are met in a sunny to bright location. The optimal temperature is between 20°C and 30°C. Crassula pyramidalis can spend the summer outdoors after being gradually accustomed to direct sun. In winter, the temperature should be around 15°C. Additionally, fertilizing is stopped, and watering is reduced. However, this succulent is not suitable for the garden.
Propagation of this succulent is possible through seeds, as well as leaf and stem cuttings. Crassula pyramidalis is generally non-toxic, but we cannot guarantee its compatibility with animals.
