The botanical name of this succulent is Euphorbia mammillaris f. variegata. Euphorbia mammillaris var. variegata is also frequently used as a synonym. In English, it is known as Corncob Cactus. The succulent belongs to the plant genus Euphorbia, which is assigned to the family Euphorbiaceae. It is a hybrid.

Euphorbia mammillaris f. variegata is green. The flowers are light green and arranged in branches. They form during the flowering period from December to January. You will receive a plant in a 12cm pot, with a total height of approximately 25cm including the pot and plant. The achievable growth height is 20cm to 35cm. Caring for Euphorbia mammillaris f. variegata is relatively easy. A mixture of cactus and succulent soil is suitable as a substrate.
Euphorbia mammillaris f. variegata does not tolerate waterlogging, so ensure good drainage and allow the substrate to dry out before watering again. In general, this succulent tolerates too little water rather than too much. You can fertilize it about once every three to four weeks.
This succulent's light requirements are met in a sunny to bright location. The optimal temperature is between 20°C and 30°C. Euphorbia mammillaris f. variegata can spend the summer outdoors after gradually acclimatizing it to direct sun. In winter, the temperature should be around 10°C. Fertilizing is also stopped, and watering is reduced. However, this succulent is not suitable for the garden.
Propagation of this succulent is possible through stem cuttings. Euphorbia mammillaris f. variegata contains a poisonous sap that can cause a rash in humans.

A note: Sizes, shapes, and age can vary for plants where each piece is unique. This is especially true in winter or when availability is low. The coloration also varies depending on the season.
