Our vouchers can be redeemed for all PASIORA products and services.

A few general notes about our vouchers:

• Voucher or partial amounts cannot be paid out in cash or credited.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem the voucher retrospectively after the order has been completed.
• Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
• A gift voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
• The general terms and conditions and the terms of use of Pasiora.com apply.

Remaining balance: You will receive an email after each order informing you of the remaining value of your voucher. Alternatively, you can inquire about it at any time by providing us with the voucher number.

If you return one or more items that were paid for with a voucher, the respective partial amount will be credited back to your voucher.
