The botanical name of this succulent is Titanopsis calcarea. Synonyms often used include Mesembryanthemum calcareum or Titanopsis fulleri. It is known by its German name as Echtes Kalkblatt (True Limestone Leaf). The succulent belongs to the plant genus Titanopsis, which is assigned to the Aizoaceae family (ice plants). This succulent is native to South Africa, in the east of the Free State province, in the east and north of the Northern Cape province, and in the south of the North West province.

Titanopsis calcarea is green and yellow. The flower is golden yellow, almost orange. It blooms during the flowering period from August to October. You will receive a plant in an 8.5 cm pot, with a total height of pot and plant of about 9 cm. The achievable growth height is 6 cm.
Caring for Titanopsis calcarea is relatively easy. A mixture of cactus and succulent soil is suitable as a substrate. Titanopsis calcarea does not tolerate waterlogging, so ensure good drainage and let the substrate dry out before watering again. Generally, this succulent tolerates too little water rather than too much. You can fertilize once a month, i.e., every four weeks.
This succulent's light requirement is met in a sunny location. This means a south-facing window with direct sunlight is best. The optimal temperature is between 20°C and 30°C. Titanopsis calcarea can spend the summer outdoors after gradually acclimatizing it to direct sun. In winter, the temperature should be around 15°C. Fertilizing should also be stopped, and watering reduced. However, this succulent is not suitable for the garden.
Propagation of this succulent is possible through leaf and stem cuttings. Titanopsis calcarea can be poisonous.

A note: Sizes, shapes, and age can vary for plants where each piece is unique. This is especially true in winter or when availability is low. The coloration also varies depending on the season.
