Care instructions for your Aeonium

Succulents store water in their leaves and therefore tolerate drought well. Place them in a bright, sunny spot and only water when the soil is completely dry. Avoid waterlogging at all costs!

It's better to water a little too little than too much.

I am Aeonium Kiwi

The botanical name of this succulent is Aeonium 'Kiwi'. Synonyms often used include Aeonium haworthii 'Kiwi', Aeonium haworthii 'Dream Color', Aeonium decorum 'Kiwi', or Aeonium percarneum 'Kiwi'. The succulent belongs to the genus Aeonium, which is part of the Crassulaceae family. This succulent is native to the Canary Islands, as it is a hybrid of Aeonium haworthii.

Aeonium 'Kiwi' is greenish, reddish to yellowish and has a rosette growth form. The flower is yellow. It forms during the flowering period from spring to summer. You will receive a plant in a pot size of 8.5cm, with a height of about 8cm including the pot.
Let's move on to the care of the Aeonium 'Kiwi'. A substrate consisting of a mixture of cactus and succulent soil and mineral components is suitable. The Aeonium 'Kiwi' does not tolerate waterlogging, so good drainage should be ensured and the substrate should be allowed to dry out before watering again. Generally, this succulent tolerates too little water rather than too much. Fertilizing can be done once a month, or every four weeks.
This succulent's light requirement is met in a sunny location. This means a south-facing window with direct sunlight is best. The optimal temperature is between 20°C and 30°C. Aeonium `Kiwi´ can spend the summer outdoors after being gradually acclimated to direct sunlight. In winter, the temperature should be around 15°C. Furthermore, fertilizing stops and watering is reduced. However, the plant is not suitable for the garden.
This succulent can be propagated by seeds, but also by leaf and stem cuttings. In arrangements, it is best combined with other succulents, such as Echeverias and Crassulas. Aeonium `Kiwi´ is generally non-toxic, but we cannot guarantee its suitability for animals.

Please note: Sizes and shapes may vary for plants, as each item is unique. This is especially true in winter or when availability is low. The color also varies depending on the season.
