🔁 How Your Subscription Works (Process)

• Choose variant & duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
• Optionally add planters (see section below).
• Checkout: Note any special requests (e.g., gift date) in the comment field.
• Timing: If you order before the month changes, we'll schedule you for the early-month round; later orders go into the mid-month round (approx. 15th).
• Packaging & Shipping: No shipping on Fridays (we avoid unnecessary storage risk over the weekend). There may be short delays at the beginning of the week.
• Receive tracking email – You'll know exactly when your green companions will arrive.
• Unpack, read labels, place, enjoy – repeat.
Note: The duration ends automatically (no automatic renewal). Want to extend? Simply book a new duration.

📖 Information & Care

Each plant comes with a name tag. You'll also receive our succulent basics guide (fundamentals on light, watering, substrate, dormant periods).
For more in-depth information, you can find a blog post on propagation (leaf, stem, offset cuttings), winter care, repotting & pest prevention. Basic rules for succulent care:

• Bright & plenty of indirect light.
• Only water when the substrate is completely dry.
• Avoid waterlogging (drainage holes / drainage).
• Water less frequently & sparingly in winter (species-dependent).
