Sempvervivum, the houseleek, grows as rosette posters on rocky slopes, on natural stone walls, as a green roof or simply in pots with enthusiasts. They captivate with their wonderfully unusual colour combinations, their rosette shape and their winter hardiness.

Sempervivum are mainly found in European mountains, but also in the mountainous regions of Anatolia, the Balkan Peninsula and the Caucasus Mountains.
